"Few Issues"

Location, size of property.

The shower door came off. The technician fixed it, and it came off again. When I contacted him, he said it needed new hardware because the screws were stripped. He should have told me when he first came to fix it. The door is very heavy and someone could have been injured. Mold present around the air cond vent. Not enough bath towels, unit for 10, and only 8 towels. This is the 5th year we have stayed at Harbor side and the only unit where there were no beach towels. We had to purchase them. Queen beds sunk in the middle. I was given the wrong code to open the lock box at check-in.

"It was nonstop fun!"

The location and view were superb! The water park there is amazing! This condo had all the amenities!

Maybe the cleaning staff could invest in a floor steamer cleaner. The kids feet and toddlers legs were dirty from the floors. Everything else was very clean and beautiful.

"HORRIBLE"

THE FACILITIES WERE GREAT BUT THE HOST AND THE CONDO ASSOCIATION WERE HORRIBLE UNIT WAS DIRTY AND WIFI WAS BAD WHEN WE REQUESTED THAT THEY CLEAN THE UNIT THEY GOT UPSET BECAUSE IT DIDNT MEET THE EXPECTATION AND ASKED US TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR VACATION PIECE OF ADVISE RENT ELSEWHERE

the location of the condo to the beach was really nice. there were some beach toys and equipment provided.

The water pressure in the showers was very low. The showers were not cleaned thoroughly from the previous guest.
