"Charming and well located but needs to step up to satisfy international travellers"

Beautiful heritage building in a convenient location

Double bed was a squeeze for two people. Windows didn’t close or latch. Broken window pane. Security was simply inadequate. WiFi required pointless security access codes for each device which expired after 24 hours. Wait for service at breakfast was excessive.

Not a great area and very small rooms. Extremely cramped. The air conditioner did work very well. The staff was very nice. It’s not set up the way I was expecting it. There was no bar and restaurant that was functioning when I was there. It was pouring down rain in the morning for breakfast and I had to walk through the rain to get to my breakfast. I love the location..The Family room is so spacious and clean.. The aircon is superb . IT'S SAFE.. Kudos to their worker,he waited for us to arrive late at night coz we go visit NGC at night.. Thank you so much..Free breakfast is good and big serving.. Overall good service.. Their restaurant foods taste good. We enjoyed our stay and we like their food. We will come back again here and would love to recommend this place to our friends and other family..
