The staff was good.

Inspite of advance intimation of late arrival, the Room was not ready,once in the Room after a wait of 30 minutes, the linen and pillow covers were dirty as if the the same were reversed after the earlier guest left, on insistance they were changed with fresh ones, we had to beg/ask for the toiletteries like soap , shampoo sachet, dental kit, no toilet papers were given, water bottles were also provided after being asked, The location is not at all convenient to reach, since it's in dirty side lane, the reception and the corridors were full of dirty linen and not a good sight.

Clean bedding, bathroom was great with lovely shower and hot water , room was a good temperature

room was very small, and they dont have enough staff . we have already shared arrival time but due to lack of staff they handovered room very late

The location is awesome. Tulsi Ghat is just 2-3 mins away. Best for travellers who want to see the Early Morning Ganga Aarti at Assi Ghat. Book the super deluxe room as its more spacious in comparision to the deluxe room which is very small and the washroom is very small.

The size of the washroom was very small.

Decent hotel. USP is the Location. 2mins walk from Assi Ghat. Owners were very helpful.
