Location from Assi Ghat

Very narrow street. Cannot park the car in hotel premises. Bedsheets were not clean and torn out. Blankets were not clean. Not worth for what they charged.

Location is convenient, quiet alley near main road. Helpful staff. Adequate room. Varanasi accommodation near the Ghats is mostly bad, this hotel is tolerable but has much room for improvement.

Room is not like in the photos, rooms are not very clean and feature bad construction with window gaps to outside. Not 2 mins from Assi Ghat but not so far. Rooftop view is amusing...more like construction site with partial view. Staff constantly turning off power to AC to save money. Very expensive room but ok it was the Mela. Unprofessional conduct...staff sleeping on floor outside my room, front door locked with bicycle lock, had to wake sleeping staff to find key (fire safety). The owners are helpful but really don't understand what a clean and professional hotel looks like. They suffer from a bit of hubris about their hotel. They informed me it's only 10 months old...I was expecting ten years as it is very worn already.

Location was on the other side of the busy "main road" in Assi Ghat so not on the Ganges side but still close to everything. We warmed up to our rooms eventually and the view on the rooftops was nice.

The rooms and bathrooms were not very clean for western standards, and not quite as advertised but it ended up being a pleasant stay.

The location is really great step out of the door and you are at the ghats The small street where the rooms are located is quiet. Staff is friendly

It was not really clean but for India it was ok isch. There is no rooftop at the roof is a tent where someone sleeps You have to be ignorant because people get up in the middle of the night and scream like they are in their own house. Thats also India
