A05 - Luxury 1 Bed Fully Equipped with Pool

What I liked about the apartment was access to the pool. The swimming pool is clean and the facilities such as outdoor toilets and showers are exemplary. The house is new and clean. Grocery stores were within walking distance.

There were great disappointments with the facilities in the apartment. It is said to be for 4 adults but in reality it is a double bed and a sofa bed. We asked for an extra bed for a child but were given a baby travel cot that we could not use because the child has outgrown it. The double bed was very uncomfortable. There were very few utensils in the kitchen. We picked up the keys in town at the office, but were given no information about, for example, that you need to use an access code on the front door or where the pool was located. No pool loungers were marked for the apartment, which is very inconvenient, since the building has residents in their apartments and therefore have their own sun loungers. The sink in the bathroom was unusable because it does not leak into it, we reported it but nothing was fixed. If you look at other comments, the same thing was going on the previous summer. It was difficult to get answers from the service provider, they came late or not at all. However, cleaning arrived at 10:00 AM when we were supposed to have checked out, which was very inconvenient. The things we have listed as negative should not be difficult to fix. It would greatly enhance the guest experience, because the apartment has a lot of potential.

Location

-check in is only between 4-7pm or you have to pay 20euros. Not accommodating. - check in is also at a completely different location so you’re expected to make 2 stops with you Amal children and bags at midnight. Not accommodating. -check out is between 12am-10am. Who is checking out between these times? Not accommodating. -outdoor patio light didn’t work. Simple maintenance not done. -stove fan didn’t work. Simple maintenance not done. -plastic kids patio furniture considered luxury? -wifi didn’t work -pillows are discoloured and in desperate need of replacement. My travel neck pillow was more comfortable than those gross pillows. Not hygienic. -both bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. Simple maintenance not done. -very basic kitchen accessories; no dish soap, no coffee machine, etc. not “fully equipped” as advertised. -no written instructions in the room like every other rental property we’ve stayed in. -about 30 minutes away from beach -scaffolding set up and very loud construction happening our entire stay. -at 3pm all the pool chairs were locked up so no one could use them. Not accommodating. -mail and garbage piled up on the ground outside and no one picks it up…looked like garbage or litter all over the entrance of the building for our entire stay.

Modern, clean, and well-equipped, although it was very uncomfortable for my daughters at bedtime. I also didn't like not knowing the breakfast time.

The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment is spacious. Good location with parking for the car and close to the supermarket.

New apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable bed. They leave breakfast every day at the door of the apartment. Easy to park.
