Apartment was not ready to rent for holiday: - missing sun lounger, - low quality outdoor furniture on balcony, - problem with sink in bathroom, - AC did not work, - spa bath was broken. - dirty bathroom

The property was clean, location was good

The bed was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed in the living room needs fixing, kept falling off, not comfortable at all. Our flight was delayed, I kept in touch with the host, keys were left outside the office which was fine. But the host didn’t make contact, I had to go to the office the next day. Was not told how the breakfast will be delivered, not asked about dietary requirements and we were given ham (we are vegetarian). Had to go to the office to ask. I think there needs to be better communication between host and guests.

It is a spacious apartment with balcony and kitchen

First of all, the check in is not at the location and you have to reach a key pick up office before 7pm. Post 7pm they are charging extra fees which is insane. This should have been mentioned clearly in booking.com description. Second, the staff are arrogant and don’t give all the details of checkin. For example there is a entrance door to the block which requires a code which they did not tell us about. They gave us the apartment number and keys but no idea about the entrance to the block. We were worried and somehow figured the cryptic code on the key chain is the entrance code. They ask us to dump trash at the end but there are no visible trash bins. Third the phone number in booking.com description is wrong. Make sure you take the number from their automated message before checkin. They don’t see your booking.com messages. We only receive automated messages from them. If you want something you have to call that number in the message from them. Fourth wifi was not working, ac was not working, exhaust on stove was not working, could not use the washing machine also. We also did not have enough pillows for all of us. They did not even check how many are arriving to the unit. When we finally got hold of the number from message and called, there seems to be a customer care who are useless. They lack trouble shooting when guest calls and says something is not working. They only know one answer - this is not a hotel we cannot do anything after 7pm as office is closed. Please check all the things and appliances etc. in the unit as soon as you checkin otherwise no one will help you. Luckily our stay was only for 1 night. Fifth there is no human element in the whole process. It is a big company running many units who does not care about you or your stay and experience. They don’t even check if everything is working in the unit before giving you.
