really nice and spacious apartment, clean, fully equiped kitchen....etc. let's say easy perfect apartment for your holiday, I really appreciate prepared breakfast every day behind the door😉

there should be more blankets, because in the night could be cold

It’s a fairly new building and has a modern layout.

It was the worst experience we had just trying to pick up the keys. We were asked to come in to pick up in an agents’s office between 4 pm-7 pm only. They listed a fee that would be charged if the keys needed to be picked outside of the above time slot. I’ve never come across this!!! This process is sheer inconvenience to travellers especially families travelling with kids. Luckily our train arrived within this time slot so we lucked out. The information provided prior to arrival only included directions on how to get to the pick up location from the airport. Again not bring considerate that there are several means if how people may arrive like via train. We were provided another terms and conditions agreement to review and sign without being provided a copy for us. It was only provided once it was requested. We were handed keys with no clear instructions on how to access the building nor any instructions on what to expect of our stay and the facilities. It was a hike to get our stay and we were just exhausted. To make things worse, no instructions were given on how to access the building, so we had to call and were told that the access code is on the key. How frustrating. Again we found out that we had booked it with breakfast and were not informed at the check in time as what we can expect. We found the next day when we say a food packet in front of our door. Again this information was not communicated to us. The entire experience dealing with Dream Algarve as the agent for this property was the worst. They didn’t seem welcoming or customer friendly. We had to request for extra blankets, toilet paper as it was sparsely provided.

The flat was spacious and modern

There were not enaugh toilet paper and no dish soap at all.

The apartment was very clean and the building is new and functional. The pool was great and the neighbors in the building, too. The location is near the Lagos centre and the beach is also not far.

Even though we reserved the place for 4 people, the bedsheets and towels were prepared only for two (we had to call to get the additional sheets and towels and then prepare the couch ourselves). Probably for the same reason, as they forgot there would be four people staying there, we got only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, but when we called to get more we were told we can't get any more.

Breakfast in paper pack in front the door was disapointing. The apartman was not clean enough.

Very spacious accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Very good hospitality!

The apartment is spacious, good for a small family. The terrace is nice

Mold is present and I wouldn't call it "luxury". I would avoid breakfast, as it is very poor and delivered in front of the door.
