"Ideal for a weekend wander around Lincoln."

Fully-equipped & clean. Plenty of room for six of us. Great location for the sights of Lincoln. Surprisingly quiet too! Good wi-fi.

Communication prior to our stay was a little sporadic (I had enquired about an earlier check-in but got no response). However, communication during our stay was good (a broken bed was reported & reply was very prompt).

The decor and cleanliness was great. Communication was fabulous and the host was very accommodating at arranging an earlier check in.

The garden area was a bit overgrown on the patio area which could be easily solved. This would not stop me from booking again but it may put people off

"Lovely Lincoln stay"

The location was good in that it was within a short walk into Lincoln centre and the cathedral, and castle. The house itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, lots of hit water and efficient heating as we put it on briefly the first night as the weather turned quite chilly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Well equipped, clean. kitchen and appliances. Great location, good parking, excellent communications. Good comfortable stay. Thank you.

No dishwasher tablets. Downstairs radiators seem not to be working.
