the room was dirty there was spider webs on the wall, the toilets were hard to find, the showers were not good

NZcheck in was easy and room was good for what i needed. nothing fancy (im not a fancy guy). Location was also good.
The showers were mostly cold. the hot water was broken and only one of them could dispense warm water which made showering a pain considering i had to try like 5 diff showers b4 finding one i could actually use
NZNZLocation was walkable to almost everything we did
We only got 2 towels the entire stay, didn't receive a response when we requested more and had trouble with the door
