Good location, helpful staff, good calibre of fellow Traveller

No plugs in the kitchen sinks. It’s wasteful of water and makes washing up inefficient

Although the first message i got said to meet the host, at the end the key was left in a keybox so check in was easy. The host was helpful and answered all my questions on booking. The cleaning staff were very polite. The room was cozy, with storage space, a heater, and a fridge. You get towels and soap. You can ask for a cleaning and new sheets whenever you want. Maybe a card to hang at the door would be useful so that they know when to clean. Close to the center and bus stops.

I would give it a higher score but judging from the other reviews the host is aware of the issues and not fixing them. All the showers were broken; it was either the door or the towel hook or the mixer. The window latches were also broken in the room and bathroom. There were so many ants and moths everywhere. The fridge was a bit moldy. The tv was not working. There were no mirrors in the bathroom or space to put your toothbrush, towel etc. One of the soap dispensers didnt have soap for the entirety of my stay. At times, i got a creepy feeling. I could smell weed, i would hear random walking up and down or moving furniture in the middle of the night. Thankfully there are cameras. And of course people were disgusting. I found raw meat in the sink and dirty cups in the cupboard. The kitchen definitely needs a paper towel dispenser and new furniture. There was a guy gagging and coughing every morning, i hope he's ok but that was still disgusting. Overall it needs a lot of care.

Les chambres sont d'un taille correcte. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut dans les sanitaires et cuisine et c'est relativement propre. Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre, c'est bien pratique.

Les lits ne sont absolument pas confortables (matelas à ressort trop vieux).

Good location, room well equipped for the price. Nice communal kitchen and balcony. Easy check-in and check-out.

No hot water in the showers.

Everything. Rooms have nasty smell because of old carpet, no proper ventilation, old toilet and shower. We discontinued our stay there. We looked for a better accommodation coz the smell in each given room were untolerable. We should be refunded.

No consideration even though it’s emergency to cancel and refund my book. I politely request for it even though I inform them in advance.
