Room okay

Nothing mentioned at booking that the room was up five flights of stairs and no lift. No one on reception after 1pm only contact was online which I don’t have while travelling! Stood outside for 15 minutes before we could phone the owner and get in.

Our stay with Michele was great, he was great with the communication and fast to solve any minor problems such as missing glasses and cups in the room. The neighbourhood was great, close to the train station, sights and restaurants. Our only negative remark is that the B&B had listed breakfast as an option but it became clear at arrival that the only breakfast they served were the small biscuits and tea/coffee in the room, which was disappointing. But other than that we’d definitely recommend staying at this B&B.

The location is close (12-15 min) to the train station, and this was our purpose for choosing it for one night. Luckily our room had window on the yard, not on the street, so it was quite during the night. The host Michael is helpful. He contacted us in advance via WhatsApp and gave us all the instructions to enter/leaving the room. The room is simple but clean, the bathroom very spacious. The building appears quite dilapidated from the outside and inside and you can barely see the B&B sign, but going inside at second floor, things are changing for the better.

Strong perfume in the room, for me it was too much and disturbing. Feeling unsafe in the close area in the evening. We arrived at the property in the evening coming from the big boulevard on some side streets, right behind the building. The atmosphere on these streets is strange, with many prostitutes and man in the shadows. Luckily it was a police car stopped there and we dared to move on.

Worst place we have been to. 3 floors to reach by stairs only. Very dark rooms, with less than minimal facilities. We were very happy to leave the place!.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable apartment. Great air conditioning, quiet and friendly staff.

Very nice and friendly hosts. The location is next to all places you would visit. Inside the b&b it was also very cozy

The main issue was noice during the night. Not sure why but I woke up several times because of some noisy people in the corridor of the b&b. When entering, there were bags and garbage in front at the street. The corridor of the building was very outdated. So my first impression was very bad, it only became better as soon as we entered the b&b itself and the room, overall it was good.
