The property was great! Lovely air conditioned room with a very comfortable bed. Thank you for a really nice stay.

We liked the old historical building where the rooms were located, rooms were nicely decorated with the original historical features. We had a nice balcony to the inner block. Everything was close within walking distance from the accommodation.

The location of the property is perfect as it is close both to the city center and to the train/bus station (both 800m away). Also, despite being in an old building, the B&B was entirely renovated and clened every day. The host was responsive and allowed us to store our luggage in the B&B the whole day after check-out prior to our flight. The street is one of the main ones in thr city (I suppose) so it was safe to walk even during the night and was relatively clean, in contrast to other parts of Catania where rubbish and homeless people are all over the street. Overall, the B&B is a good value for money and we enjoyed our stay there. Safe, calm and renovated.

We had a minor issue with the hot water, as it was taking time until it starts running, but after 10 min the hot water is there so not a big issue at all.

The location is very good - close to most attractions and restaurants. The host surrounds guests with extraordinary care trying to meet expectations. The room was large. Equipped with a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was good - mainly sweet, although the host served us individual portions of ham and cheese.

The apartments are located on a high second floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift. Getting up and down with a heavy suitcase is a big problem. Our room had a window onto the street, which made opening the window almost impossible due to the intense noise. The street is busy and noisy even at night. With the windows closed this was not a problem, but we prefer to sleep in fresh air rather than AC.

The location of room was enough convenient, near to via Etna and terminal bus.

Every morning we were forced to wake up at 08.30 to 9.00 because of an extreme noise from the staff. The fridge didn't work properly and our food was not cool at all.

the street and the whole area are terribly dirty. the B&B is located in an old apartment building and one has to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach it - no elevator. the water in the tiny shower stall and the sink didn't drain properly. They offer old-fashioned liquid soap sachets, very inconvenient to use in the shower. breakfast is served from 08:00, sometimes 07:40. We usually prefer it at 07:00 for an early start.

Perfect location, right up close to the city center and within a 10 minute stroll to the main square (Piazza del Duomo) and Via Etnea. Squeeky clean place, very comfortable bed and extremely nice host (Michele). Paid parking on the street (blue lines) just outside the building. Breakfast included.
