Beautiful, quiet location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores

Really loved the whole experience!

Everything!!! This is an entire house with 3 floors (ground floor included) wasnt expecting it so it came as a delightful surprise. Two beautiful, tastefully done up bedrooms with soft, neutral and restful colour schemes. Each bedroom has a charming picture window and unbelievable proximity plus amazing view of the ancient city walls. The master bedroom at the topmost floor has its own separate closet, dressing room and the bathtub is a blessing at the end of a tired tourist's day! The kitchen, sitting and dining on the ground floor open up to a small backyard (which we didn't have time to use since we were too busy sightseeing) A toilet on the ground floor brings the total number of bathrooms to 2 and a half (WC and wash basin) With every amenity you can think of, the kitchen is a dream. Modern, efficient, clean to a fault and the sort of place you wish you had more time to relax in. So fortunate to have found this place and it goes without saying that we will definitely come back. Thank you Nigel and Yvonne for creating this stunning space in the City Centre. Walk out and you are just a stone's throw away from every historic landmark. The charm and beauty of Peach Tree House is how quiet and village like, yet how close to the centre it is. It is really the perfect holiday home! I had to take the time to write this review because our stay and memories of York will always include this lovely home in Peach Tree Court.

Usually there's always a little to point out, even in the best of homes but with 12 Peach Tree I am happy to say I simply cannot fault it and that's really saying something!

Amazing stay, so close to the city centre with the walls right behind the garden. Super comfy beds and excellent modern bathrooms. Warm and cosy with one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen in a holiday home. I can’t fault it!

Nothing!

Beautiful property in a perfect location 3 minutes walk from the centre of town. Had every thing and the kitchen sink that you could ever need or want. The perfect home from home to enjoy all that York has to offer.

Absolutely Nothing!

Perfect location within the walls of York. Incredibly clean and newly renovated home. Our host thought of everything. We did laundry. We enjoyed tea and coffee in the morning and ate the snacks that she left for us. Everything was within a three to 10 minute walk.York is amazing!

Dealing with the temperature of the house was a bit challenging in that on the bottom floor it could get rather cool and then while sleeping we would get very hot. We were able to open the windows though and regulate a bit better. We were also required to take the garbage out and clean all the dishes and replace them which we did, although we're also paying a cleaning fee. These are very small compared to the quality of the stay in this lovely home.
