It was not properly cleaned, it had cockroach and the shower sometimes do not have hot water.

Unit was neat, clean, and very modern. Like the amenities and walking distance to the restaurants coffee shops and spar. Like that there's a spa on the premises however i didnt know about this.

Place is very noisy, noise from the pool area, noise from neighbors playing loud music, noise from playing music in cars driving in 4am on 2 occasions.

I like the place because i near shops

Cleaning equipment… the mirror broke down because the just left the mirror they didn’t put in on the wall
