Property was clean and neat with an undercover parking bay. Morden fixtures and fittings. Close to shops and gateway shopping centre. The building is new with good security.

The unit does not have any block out blinds or curtains. Lights pours in early into the apartment. If you are an early riser, it’s not an issue. Unit does not have air conditioning which is an issue in Durban’s summer months. A fan was provided but it’s very noisy.

The cleanliness and their security guards were very friendly.

The access was a challenge, it kept on saying expired

The location was good as it was near many halal eating places. Security in the place was good.

The flat was not cleaned properly - the carpet had not been hovered and the main room was not brushed properly. There was only one hand towel for two people - not good enough. The flat was cold and a fan heater would have helped. the pillows were too small and thick that they hurt your neck -flat thinner and longer pillows would have been better.

Was a good stay loved that everything was in walking distance, quite clean and friendly security.

Please, don't have staff that are new to their job Frontline without help to assist customers as they don't know basic information like parking and how to enter and leave the establishment.
