Being evicted by the city because the property had been deemed unfit for human habitation. Apparently, there's mold in the basement, unrepaired fire damage which causes a roof leak, and electrical issues which caused me to lose multiple chargers.

The property was quiet and in a great location.

As someone else mentioned, it was dirty. Towels weren't included so I wasn't able to shower and the microwave was off limits.

I liked nothing about it at all I didn't even stay because it was so shady

Nothing I didn't stay and couldn't request a refund without paying an extra $55.00 fee to cancel paid $77.00 for 3 nights I was given I a 6 digit code to the door before arriving in email when I arrived and walked up to the door everything seemed fine I went to press the first number in on the electronic door knob entry system and the entire door slowly opened on its own I noticed the door frame falling as it opened starting at the door knob I walked in tried to shut it but it wouldn't latch to close I turned around and there was trash everywhere I saw someone walk down the stairs and into the kitchen I tried to ask them if this is the right place and they said to contact the cohost on the listing there are 2 cohost numbers I called on 2 different phones and it kept giving a busy signal then hung up I tried for about 15 minutes waiting in between calls and nothing I do not recommend this place

Bedroom area and living room were clean.

At least four tenants spent all their time in the living room and kitchen area. There was no room to sit in the living room to relax and watch TV. Kitchen and bathroom areas were cluttered and dirty. Bath towel was provided but old and worn. Two of the tenants were up all night and I was woken up several times (330am and 430am)by very loud TV and talking. I was staying in a private room and turned on the fan unit for white noise but it would only stay on 30 minutes and then turn off. Also the hot water faucet in the shower was broken and there are missing outlet covers in the bathroom. I want a refund.
