The size of the apartment was good. The location was good. Clean and comfortable.

The fridge doesn’t cool much. The aircon in the lounge doesn’t respond to the remote. No cleaning service.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a stunning view over the garden and pool. The host is super friendly and provided us with a light for the kitchen as the power was out after a storm prior to our arrival which was highly appreciated. A cleaner comes in once during your stay. Linen was clean and the bedrooms were lovely with a much needed aircon and ceiling fans in each room. The balcony is beautiful with picturesque views of the garden and the large table is perfect for family meals overlooking the garden.

The kitchen isn't well stocked, some extra kitchen tools would have been appreciated as the knives were blunt, and there is no can opener or cutting board hence it is recommended to bring your own. Cups and plates are mismatched and the pan and pot is hard to use as the food sticks to it. The fridge does not work properly and a lot of our food went bad as a result. The apartment has no Wi-Fi or a backup plan for loadshedding which was frustrating. The bathroom has a foul smell and the shower wasn't properly cleaned on arrival which was a big negative for us. The aircon in the living room has not been cleaned in ages and the ceiling fan in the living room does not work.

The convinience of the place, right in the centre of everything. Walking distance to eateries and shops. The flat was extremely clean and fresh...The host Megan was the best. She sent us the loadshedding shedule right on time. She was just a phone call away for anything we needed.
