Great location Bedding was provided unexpectedly... For 4 out of 5 of us (we brought our own which has always been standard) Didnt have to hoover when we left (there wasnt one provided)

Poor and incorrect information on how to get to get the caravan after a long drive. Not enough plates or cutlery for 5 of us (in a 6 berth). Sink blocked easily. No lighter or matches for the gas cooker had to get some the following morning. One of the gas hobs didn't function, cooking for 5 would of been helpful to have. Tierd carvan, but was clean. It didnt spoil the holiday but wasnt equipped with the basics.

Fan had a thick layer of dust on (didn’t bother us as we didn’t use it) However i would imagine it would come off when fan is in use! Not much on site, however you are a couple minute walk to fantasy island, so everything you need!

Unfortunately when we arrived someone had been smoking weed and the whole caravan stinks

Where do I start, On entering the property you instantly hit with the smell of damp my son said it smelt musty which it did. Once inside noticed ants ended up buying a fly and wasp spray (shop didn’t have ant spray) to deal with them I was spraying it each day I was there. Sides were sticky. The shower in the bathroom is not fit for purpose it is literally a trickle that comes out may as well have washed in the sink. Around the door and handle in bathroom looks and feels like it’s been chewed by a dog. Beds and sofa uncomfortable. Window in bedroom does not lock it can be pushed shut and pulled open. The hoover that is there stinks and needs to be emptied it’s just left full on the inside with about a years worth of dust and dirt inside.

Location was perfect feel like check in was late but van very comfortable for what we needed it for

On arriving there was ants on kitchen top and floor the windows do not work even when locked you can push them open and pull them from the outside i recommend you leave anything valuable in your car or take it with you, the varanda door you can open but cannot lock i needed to lock from outside and climb over

The caravan smelt of damp, the pillows out of the wardrobe were damp, the settee was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was unsturdy and felt like the wood was going to break underneath you. The water pressure was rubbish. The top step of the entrance was wobbling and unsafe.There was a tear in one of the sofa cushions and the net curtains. There was mould on the curtains. I won't recommend this to anyone and won't be staying here again. There was nothing positive about it and it was disappointing.
