It was a place to stay for the night

I couldn’t turn the heat on. Gas fire or cooker. I couldn’t have a wash or shower because the water was too cold. I planned to drive 200 miles back home at 10am on the Sunday. But I was that cold through the night I left at 4am to drive home so I could get into my warm car and was home by 8am . I payed £112.10p for 1 night. Very expensive when you consider other people I spoke to where paying that or just under for a week

Close to beach and shops excellent would use again

Location was spot on, everything was walking distance. Caravan was clean and the beds was comfy! Already tried to book this for next month.

Location was ace once found! Was difficult to find the site. Best instructions are you come to a 4 way traffic light and you want to be where the spa is on your left hand side if coming from skegness way. If coming from different way then first bus stop on left before reaching the 4 way traffic lights is the entrance to the park! Thanks to the owner for staying on phone with me until located!

The van inside is dated however we were only sleeping in it and to be fair because of how amazing the location is you can look past that!

The property is very poorly maintained, with lots of bits of damage, the master bedroom window does not lock leaving you vulnerable if you leave the caravan unattended, oven and hob both broken, master bed room also stinks of mould and damp. Reported all the issues to the owner who acknowledged but did zero to rectify the situation and stopped replying to messages

I like the caravan because it was close to the beach and shops.

I didn't like hygiene of bed sheets and sofa.
