Clean and very nice host.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in before we had to planned.

Bathroom door broken and bed linen a bit worn.

Great location with excellent facilities and was very comfortable. Matteo helped a lot when I had issues entering the apartment

Bed was a little to firm for my preference but other may like it that way

Perfect location in the Lecco old town area, minutes from the water. It's a self check-in which was nice - the digital door opener link wasn't working for the flat itself but we got the keys from the lockbox so it was fine. The entrance is through a parking garage but not hard to find. The flat is cute with a full kitchen and although we didn't need it we noticed it had an air conditioning unit 👍. Very clean and there's a lift, so it'd be suitable for someone who can't do stairs. It's off the main street so it's quite quiet. Wifi worked well and there was enough hot water in the shower for both of us, and personally I found the bed comfortable. If you're two people with a few days there I'd highly recommend it. It's literally maybe 5 minutes from the train station, so it's not difficult at all to find the building. Just watch the video from the host. There are some good restaurants and such around.

The flat is nice but small. We didn't find any wine glasses but there were others that we could use. We couldn't get the door open from the inside at first until we discovered you have to turn the bottom knob past where it feels like it should stop, and it's a bit confusing to find the flat in the building because there are no numbers on any of the doors, so something identifiable like a photo of the welcome mat would have been helpful -- but the host did send a video showing how to get to it, which is how we found it.

Great location, very clean, quiet.

Few cooking utensils, half of lighting points disconneced or broken, no water kettle (manager said Italians do not drink tee), nice balconybut no outdoor furniture, no clothes or towel hangers in bathroom.

Grate location, very close to the station and to the lake. Equiped with everything you need, kitchen available.

Air condition could work a bit better (was a little bit loud).
