LAGO DI COMO - In Centro a 1 min da Lago e Stazione - Wifi

All the facilities were excellent. Good bathroom, lots of space in the entrance for clothes and shoes, good bed, well isolated windows, nice little balcony at the kitchen.. The kitchen was completely furnished up to minor details. The access to the apartment was via Viakey and it took a couple of minutes to understand everything, but if you you have good internet in your mobile phone it works fine.

Very convenient location, impeccable cleanliness, spacious room and a comfortable large bed. I want to come back!

Very good location (5 mins away from the train station) and an amazing mountain view. The apartment is clean and has every needed facility.

Run. Just run. I have stayed at places all over the world and this was the worst experience. Upon arriving the place had a really strong scent to it... I noticed there were powerful air freshners placed all throughout the place. I put them all in a cupboard thinking the scent would go. When I came back hours later... the place smelled like a pool hall. They were masking that someone had smoked in the place. The host blamed me for the smoke smell and said it was b/c I opened the windows. Which makes no sense and shows the lack ofhospitality and care. The host did nothing to help remedy the situation and was well aware of my allergies prior to confirm the stay. There are so many glorious places to rent. Safe your time and money. ** In response to the host response, he is lying to cover his tracks. He offered a full refund and never sent it. (see photo). i have been sick for days.. and had to take off work. His lack of care for his place, not having the necessary measures to remedy (hepa filter, ozone generator), blaming me and then trying to make me feel guilty … and then only pretending to care when a public review is made... is abhorrent.
