Excellent location, easy access. Sauna in the property was a great plus. Plenty of space and even a nice little enclosed balcony. Great views and quiet location which was perfect for us

Very little. Maybe a couple of instructions on how to use the Sauna as we guessed in the end so you could do damage to it if you did not know what you were doing.

The kitchen was the only nice thing about the apt.

The bedroom layout was interesting because the random closet area with the glass closet area is so weird. The check in was disorganized. The key wasn’t in the lockbox as per direction. We got to the location around 4:30p and didn’t get inside the apartment until close until 7pm.

"Great location for a family."

Location was great. Sauna was great. Kitchen with lots of utensils and ice maker in fridge.

Smelt like cigarettes, but not sure if that was inside the building or the floor.

Superb location seriously!! Right in the heart of the town. Elevator there.

The second room is actually living room with a very tiny curtain which was broken and not covering even a bit of the room.

"Great apartment near Helsinki Central Station"

Communication with host was easy. The location of the apartment is very near to Helsinki Central Station (5 to 10 minutes walk). The apartment is fully stocked with utensils, towels etc. It is spacious and definitely good for families :)

Near to the transportations.

An over-priced property with little or rather not really helpful responds from host. Have requested for late check out from host but was totally ignored the question for TWICE. Chairs broken, fridge and cooking utensils not clean. Extra mattress put up at the living floor was dirty with hairs. So called bath amenities are the leftovers from others. It's a stressful that you need to clean up all the pots, pans and utensils before using it. 1st time after travelling all over the world, we have to do our own cleaning before settling in. Sauna not working well. Seek help with host and just sent a manual via message without another word. Wouldn't bother to contact Host anymore with the reluctant to communicate attitude.
