Convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family.

Shower was poorly designed resulting in water spilling over the rest of the bathroom floor and soaking the toilet paper. Perhaps the installation of a shower curtain would alleviate this.

Location is close to main mall and eateries, front service staff are friendly, clean place and spacious, 2 bathrooms, good size bedrooms

Front staff did not know we were coming even when we had given them our information, we did call the number provided and the person who answered it could not understand us and hanged up. We eventually used the email to give us instruction how to access the code, elevator can be slow at times, sewage smell in the elevator, no AC in the hallway leading to the room, it is hot and humid, being accused of damaging a balcony chair and asking to pay for it but luckily we recorded the place when we first arrived. Advise to future guest is record the place before settling in and report of anything you notice that looks damaged right away else you will be accused and ask for compensation. Update. We provided a screenshot of the balcony with the chair in the background but the staff doesn’t seem convinced and wanted the full video which we had provided after. They responded “ Records and photos from our cleaners have shown there was no damage before your arrival, so of course we asked for damage compensation until you provided video/photo of the damage that was supposedly done before your arrival. We recanted asking for your payment and will make a claim otherwise. This is nothing personal. It’s business as usual” In other words if we had not captured the broken plastic chair on video, we would ve been blamed. Basically telling us to check the place for damages, count the cutleries in case pieces are missing, check knobs, rips. Inconvenient to do. Just our personal experience.

Spacious and clean. Great location. Host was responsive and very accommodating.

No complimentary parking. Was charged 600 for overnight parking (8pm to 3pm). No elevator access to basement 1 & 2 parking. Waiting time for the elevator may take some time in the morning and evening.

The amount of beds available, the 2 bathrooms, the washer and drying rack

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed it. The property is clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.
