The location is very convenient, and the building staff and owner representative are all very helpfull and pleasant

There were some building maintenance issues which caused some disturbed nights. The condo does not meet our criteria of luxury, but is adequately furnished and the owner cooperated with us on any requests we made for additional items.

We felt welcomed by the owner and friendly staff who seemed to be always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room was spacious, cozy and perfect for unwinding. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully-equipped kitchen to the plush bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for staying connected. The central location made it easy to explore the area, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The swimming pool and facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing break. Additionally, the accommodation's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Location is excellent, the unit is spacious, impeccably clean and more than adequately furnished (bed is great, sofa is comfy, dining area is appropriate), as well as stocked with basic necessities (towels, slippers, tissues, bottled water). The check in was seamless and easy, the digital security system a big plus although at 11 am the next day it locked us out from the outside. The balcony is pretty with a huge swing seat, and had a nice view. It’s close to One Uptown mall and parade, and the new Mitsukoshi mall which has a wide array of restaurant options. The lobby is very pleasant - nice smelling with new and stylish furniture and fixtures.,

We had a problem with the air conditioning though in one room which made loud sounds that prevented us from sleeping in that room. It’s too bad cos everything else was great. the response could have been quicker but understand the owner was out of town. The caretaker didn’t even respond to our query, including when we asked why the lock was acting up the next morning. Should definitely have the ac checked more regularly and/or reflect that in the ad for the place.
