Absolutely nothing

The host she Is extremely rude and difficult to speak to, I've booked many places via Booking.com and have never had this experience before. There were no dishes to use in the kitchen and pots and when I had asked her if there was pots she said yes, we were give one towel to use for 5 days. It's the worse place ever very disappointing.

Rive, beach and sea views

You have to pay extra for cleaning services. The was miscommunication between me and the host as I received important emails from booking.com very late and that caused a very serious problem.

Beautiful location, central and convenient. Has everything you need. It actually exceeded my expectations

No DStv or wifi. That is simply unacceptable! Outdated style- please upgrade the place and the style, it’s a wonderful place it could be so much more. Curtains in the rooms were dirty and didn’t have a nice smell. Estate agent used for this property is a bit rude and inappropriate

Laguna la Crete is situated in the best area of uvongo. I am a frequent visitor of Laguna le Crete.

The hostess is absolutely rude, had disrespect to me. There was no wifi but Netflix was installed, knowing we have a family stay over. Her communication methods are pathetic. There was a gas braai avaible which had gas for literally 10minutes only. There was water filled in the soap dispensors in bathroom. The balcony windows were dirty. Gave me excuses of loadshedding for me to receive my deposit. This is the worst unit I stayed in Laguna la Crete over 5 years now.

There was no WIFI in apartment . This should be standard for all apartments. There was no plan in place for load shedding which was disappointing for this type of business and amount we paid. We came for the holidays and to enjoy ourselves but all these days we didn't have electricity all evenings even during the day which was very frustrating. The owner should invest on solar pannels atleast for the lights and plugs. That should make life easy. Non availability of the agent for emergencies. Night before we checkout the apartment, there was pipe burst in the toilet which lead to the apartment to be flooded. There was water in all bedrooms, kitchen, passege and lounge area. The agent could not be reached as she switches her fone to silence after 20h00. We had to clean up for hours as we could not sleep in the house full of water and we did this for hours and we were also expected to checkout at 10h00. We were tired bcs we slept early hours of the morning cleaning the water and pack our begs. We had to drive to Johannesburg being that tires and we are thankful to God that we arrived home safely. I feel that the agent should have shown that she is caring especially after what we had to ho through clearing the water which was not even our job to do. It was like nothing happened or it was our job to clear the water after that pipe burst. I'm still not happy with the matter this was handled by the agent and I'm asking myself if this happened to other visitors from different race, was the treatment hoping to be the same? It was totally unacceptable that we had to clear that water after we found the house flooded. We felt disrespected and mistreated. We went to marget for a vacation not go labour around.

Staff were most helpful and kind, even bringing a new kettle and toaster when we advised toaster was problematic. Views were fantastic and unit is very well equipped for a family. Nothing can spoil the breathing taking views. Will certainly visit again!

The check in hours stipulated by booking. com are not in line with the staff's working hours. Staff knocks off at 16h00.
