Unit was clean and well kept.

The agent handlinlg the booking on behalf of the property is not customer centric in any way. Her messages to the customer on the rules and procedures is not welcoming at all. It does not create a pleasant and welcoming environment. The booking procedure needs to be handled within her times and convenience and has an attitude when speaking to the customer. Most definitely will not book the unit again due to the experience with the agent. The reason I use Booking.com is for convenience, easy booking system and transparency with the booking. Unfortunately all that is undone when the process mov3s over to the property agent.

we were impressed with the property but we did feel that there probably wasn’t a check after the previous tenants left. insufficient towels for instance, on trying to place one of the smaller curtains in the holder the whole lot came down - I advised the agent and a workman did come to sort it out. I do think these sort of things should be regularly checked.

the stairs and landings were unlit - I brought this to management attention on Friday morning and was advised they’d look into getting it sorted but that never happened.
