Self catering unit. Location was excellent

Unit was not ready when we arrived after 2pm. Left the cleaner lady and went to the beach. Came back around 4pm and main bed was not made, mats all over, lamp on bed and no message of what was going on. Eventually after contacting liaison person the cleaner came back and finished up after 5pm. In my mind you check out 10am and new people check in 2pm - four hours should be ample time and to leave the unit not finished with no explanation was also not a good impression

Despite a hiccup with our original accommodation being double-booked, Hettie went above and beyond to make a plan for my family and I. She quickly arranged for us to stay in the incredible Flat 20 at Laguna La Crete, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Even though I had many questions about the new accommodation, Hettie was incredibly patient and accommodating, answering every single query with care and reassurance. Her dedication and attention to detail ensured that our vacation went off without a hitch. A heartfelt thank you to the owner of Flat 20 for accommodating my family and I. We had an amazing stay in the flat, which was spotless, well-equipped, and full of unique charm. The personal touches, including the display of impressive achievements, made the space feel homely and welcoming. Your thoughtfulness in creating such a warm and inspiring atmosphere truly made it a home away from home. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. The flat itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The Laguna La Crete complex is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, a clean swimming pool, and excellent security. The location is also convenient, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. I highly recommend Laguna La Crete—especially Flat 20—to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable coastal getaway.
