Sea Views and access to beach

The host was very rude as we did not receive an mail regarding key deposit and when we report BBQ not working. She forward WhatsApp with the bank details to trf the key deposit. Why not add the key deposit as part of the booking.

The view from the balcony is absolutely fabulous! Spacious flat.

Towels are very old and smelly. Grease/fat not cleaned from backsplash and plug points in kitchen in a while. The toaster trips the plugs. No oven mitts provided. No cleaning or drying cloths provided as they say due to covid which is no excuse anymore. The letting agent is rude and unhelpful. Beds have a double duvet on a queen bed so it barely goes over the sides and they are very thin duvets. No extra blankets in the main bedroom during winter either. I would not go back to this particular unit. A friend stayed in another unit and her agent was delightful and super helpful and it was clean.

Cleanliness, accommodating

Complains about noise from unit 97 however there were a child and we cannot control a child's noise this was during the day
