3 BDR CBD Get Away

Property location was great for access to CBD and surrounding places of interest. Parking space available but for 1 small car only.

Cleanliness was not up to standard. Whole accomodation smelt bad. Evident of pet stains and odour on multiple areas of carpet and lack of cleaning overall. Cleaner looks to do minimum. Cobwebs, hair in bathrooms, stained linen, pillows flat and uncomfortable. For premium of stay @ $500 per night this was the most expensive dog friendly accommodation we have stayed in and the worst. On advising host they offered to return to clean but would interrupt our stay. This should have been undertaken in the first instance. Owner should Inspect property fully and enforce rules to enable a cleaner pet friendly accommodation clients can leave with enjoyment and satisfaction. Would not recommend or return.

Clean and comfortable townhouse type apartment complex within 15 minutes walk to harbor area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked .

Next to train tracks which was loud .

Light. Living area spacious. Kitchen well equipped including tumble dryer. Bathroom good

Downstairs bedroom claustrophobic. No storage.

Great location and very comfortable little place. Had everything we needed and more!

Could have done with some air con.. very warm in the upstairs bedrooms.

Proximity to the city. Clean.

The area was fantastic restaurants close by. Not far to the Ferry Harbour. Top notch.

Great location, walk to CBD and viaduct. Easy to find. Handy having a carpark. Excellent beds, very comfortable. Lots of fans for Summer comfort. Loved the few pantry items, milk and coffee pods provided, much appreciated.

2 sets of stairs to access the 3 floors.

Just that the bedroom upstairs smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and butts evident in pot plant.

Loved the room with ensuite at the bottom. Seperate from rest of the family:) Comfortable beds.

The seal in the freezer may need replacing. It keeps opening when the fridge closes. One day we hadn’t realised if opened slightly. Also the towels are quite small for adults. But none of this affected our stay.
