Feels like home away from home

Ground floor room feels warm with no air-conditioning. The portables didnt work too well in warmer days.

"Perfect location"

Perfect location to Spark Arena for concert we attended,5 minute walking distance,the owner was so helpful we were able to check in an hour earlier,very clean & comfortable home,very comfortable bed,love the layout of the home,was perfect🙂

"Convenience & Comfort!"

A lovely and very clean apartment. Close to main parts of the city. Easy to get around using uber which is less then $12 to go to Newmarket. You can walk up to Parnell or into the main city like commercial bay. A spacious place and nice outdoor space.

The apartment is great but a minor noise complaint is the train that goes through the city.

The digital lock is very cool. Coffee machine was very nice. The layout of the house is also very cool and the garage was a bonus.
