"Horrible, because the agent , didn't even try to assist with the issues."

The location was good 👍

Agent was not helpful, alot of stuff didn't work , the place did not have some stuff that the add stated was in the unit. The place was dirty, cultlery and crockery where dirty.

"The view was beautiful and the guards were very friendly."

The Host was utterly rude. We reported 2 bedroom lights not working-nothing was done. VERY SMELLY apartment! NO TOWELS! Apparently we were supposed to confirm our booking, but I should say if they took our money for the booking the week before arrival-that should confirm our booking. No need to be rude!
