Principalmente la ubicación. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia tranquila y sin pretensiones.

Al menos la habitación en la que estuvimos, con ventana de techo, no tienía suficiente ventilación, por lo que en una ciudad donde te puedes mojar llegado el caso, como es Donosti, la ropa en general, chubasuqueros, paraguas y calzado en particular, no se secan en días. Es incómodo.

entrar en el establecimiento pues no había nadie en recepción y las personas que me tenían que atender no aparecían
