32 De Agosto ROOMS

It was a generally good location - right in the middle of the old town, which is great for first-time tourists. We also thought that it was easy to access the flat, which was convenient. We also liked the large windows/doors to the balcony which allowed for fresh air and visibility onto the beautiful street.

Although the location was central, the noise from the street was very loud which made it hard to sleep given the apartment is in a very busy part of the old town. Upon entry to the room, we noticed that the floor hadn't been swept/vacuumed, which was unappealing. There was also mould in the shower and a constant bad smell that permeated from the bathroom, which made the entire space feel unhygienic, hindering our overall experience.

Perfect location, comfortable room. Was assisted by a lady receptionist on the phone when I had problems with the code. All good although there is no physical staff to meet and greet you.

Les instal·lacions estan molt bé. Ben situat, confortable i fàcil de trobar.

L'habitació era tan petita que les maletes no es podien obrir. No hi ha cobertura. Tampoc hi ha ningu a recepeció, van deixar un paper amb el nom de la xarxa i el password pel wifi però hi havia un error, per molt que m'insistien que estava bé i que si no es connectava era culpa meva. Al final vaig descobrir que era el paper el que estava mal escrit perquè vaig poder accedir al modem, però ja havien passat tres dies. Finalment també vem trobar a faltar que algu contestés al telefon un dia que es va disparar l'alarma contra incendis de matinada per un foc a l'edifici del costat. Ningu va respondre ni quan va sonar, ni quan ens van desallotjar, ni quan la policia ens va demanar que parlessim amb el propietari perquè apagués l'alarma.

Ens ha agradat l’ubicació

Sense atenció personal (no hi havia mai ningú a qui comunicar qualsevol problema). De fet, va haver alarma d’incendi i ningú ens va avisar. Freqüència irregular de neteja. Càrrec del 50 % el dia de reserva i càrrec de la resta el dia anterior a l’arribada sense cap avís.

Muy bien ubicado, habitación enorme y con vistas a la calle 31 de agosto. Bastante bien insonorizada (con las ventanas cerradas no se escuchaba a la gente de la calle, sólo los camiones de limpieza que se escuchan siempre).

La cama podría ser un poco más grande teniendo en cuenta que la habitación es enorme pero es muy cómoda. Un pestillo para cerrar la puerta de la habitación ya que lo de abrirla con código no da mucha tranquilidad.
