Location good, bird song great

Several (all?) doors had been changed position of old hinges not made good. Several damp spots throughout . Shower not very powerful or warm. Kitchen tap took too long to heat water - quicker to boil a kettle. Washing machine extremely noisy - needs attention?

Very peaceful and relaxing. Easy to get to other places.

I liked being close to other properties but still having my own space. It was very easy to find. If I'd brought my dog, as planned, he would have loved the walks nearby.

We were asked to stay in a six bed 'cottage 'instead of the flat. The staff were excellent,extremely helpful and friendly. We were staying with our 2 puppies, and there was plenty of room. Very well equipped kitchen. Large lounge.

The location is wonderful for the summer.

Very well equipped kitchen, lovely quiet private place, comfy bed, great bath, just an awesome place, very well run. Definitely gonna book again.

Spacious property. Off road parking. Conveniently located for walking. Perfect for dogs - especially the enclosed garden. Comfy bed. Quiet location. Oven and lots of options cooking utensils which is quite rare. Everything you need for a peaceful/ active stay in Exmoor with pets.

Some other customers turned up late one evening during the weekend and were quite rowdy, drinking, smoking, and shouting behind the garden with several cars, but they stopped at 10pm thankfully.

The flat was very comfy and clean. We also loved the garden, where we could feed and watch the birds. The peace and quiet ticked all the boxes, as did the walks. We would definitely like to stay again. Dilys and Denis Ryan, and Annie the dog! 😊
