had to wait 45mns for owner to give us entry code. situated across a 24/7 call center, extremely noisy, couldn't sleep. small tiny apartment.

We had an issue with the electricity when we got there, the host was very helpful and assisted quite quickly. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend.

There were alot cockroaches in the apartment. We were not allowed to have a braai although it says BBQ facilities available on the ad.

We liked the location most. Close to all amenities. The sofas and beds were comfortable. TV and Wi-Fi was good The lift was very helpful. No outside noises were intrusive when the doors were closed.

Please take this as constructive criticism and make your unit more comfortable. We checked in 3 guests and had 2 towels from Friday to Sunday. We had to get our own towels. Half a roll of toilet paper available. Nothing extra. We had to buy more toilet paper. There is no air conditioning in the open plan lounge. The bedroom airconditioning worked but we didn't want to spend all day in the bedroom. A fan would have helped in the lounge. The crockery was dirty and wet and packed away in the cupboard. We had to wash everything before we used it. We had to buy dishwashing liquid for the kitchen and hand soap for the bathroom. The shower rose had little to zero adjustment as it was angled to the wall, and a shower cubicle of 800 x 1100 is not spacious enough for us to move around to get water to wash. There was no hand rail in the shower for safety. There was no bath mat for the shower. Only one mirror is available in the bathroom with poor lighting. No mirrors in the bedrooms. This made getting ready to go out a longer process. There was no table to eat at or work on. There was no clothes-horse to dry towels and garments but we could see it locked up outside the bedroom window. The common area leading to the unit was not kept clean.

They couldnt provide tissues

They was hair on the bedding and the sink has potato peels,there was no soap
