The owner's quick response and understanding.. Nice person but feel like the staff are letting him down. Easy access to the shops. The place is cosy.

WiFi was a problem, worked occasionally then it only worked for TV most of the stay. The cold water.The dirty towels and stacking of them in the wardrobe along with the pillows and bedding. Can the cleaning staff check all shelves the trauma with a plastic bag with dirty towels in one of the rooms.Can they please add full length mirror and at least a few black plastics bags. Otherwise great place to stay.

The location is close to amenities Furniture and appliances, it’s a cosy apartment

The property was not fairly clean. The linen was dirty with blood stains and hair on the sheets. Hair in the bathroom floor, dust for days on the tv stand and on bed side pedestals. The kitchen was clean

Very beautiful property in a secure location. Malls and things to do are very close
