Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property on arrival. The floors were extremely dirty despite being told they had been mopped, and there was noticeable dust, hair and grime throughout the flat. There was also a very unpleasant drain smell that was obvious on entry, particularly coming from the bathroom area, which made the stay uncomfortable for our family. We raised the issues with the host during the stay and provided evidence, however the concerns were largely dismissed by the host as “dust from open windows”. Due to the overall cleanliness concerns, we did not feel comfortable using the bedding provided and instead used the bedding we had brought for the children’s sofa bed on the main bed ourselves. In addition, there were individuals outside the property on arrival who appeared intoxicated, which was not ideal when arriving late with young children. The location itself was convenient, and yhe size etc was fine however overall the cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet expectations, especially as we were stayinh with young children.

A nice apartment in a convenient location for getting around Bournemouth. Goli's communication was great, and their instructions were clear and easy-to-follow. The beds were comfy, and we had almost everything that we needed in the flat.

The building the apartment is in seemed a little bit sketchy, but it was mostly fine. The oven could do with a clean as it produced a lot of smoke when cooking, and we would've loved a bottle opener of some kind. This place is probably also best suited to either couples or families with young children. Having only one toilet as an en-suite and without a lock is a bit of an odd one for a group of us that stayed the night. We made it work, though.

It could have been a bit cleaner, and the shower is either hot or cold no in-between.

Easy communication, good price and easy access no problems at all, has everything u need.

Only thing really the bathroom/toilet is en suite so if u have some1 asleep in the bedroom u might wake them. But nothing major

The WiFi didn’t work & the shower would only stay warm for approx 1-2 minutes and went freezing cold so my children couldn’t shower and I had to have cold shower! Left the switch on as instructed for whole stay and was still cold! Was not enjoyable. Main bed was comfy but the sofa bed was awful to sleep on!
