Comfortable layout, fully equipped with very helpfull extra necessities. Views were lovely, very little external noise when sliding doors are closed, if any at all. Property is very safe and secure, making it wonderfully relaxing!

Cleaning extra was not very clear that it is only for cleaning upon exit. This is however not a problem with dishwasher as well as washer/dryer available in the unit.

"A perfect base for a conference attendee"

This is a perfect location if you are attending a conference at the CT-ICC, as it is less than 400 steps from your door to the door of the CT-ICC. It had everything that could be needed for a comfortable stay. Admittedly, I only really used it to sleep, as I was at the conference for the remainder of the time. From the balcony, you have a view of the canals and even a corner of Table Mountain.

The room is not very dark at night due to the lights in the passage at the back. But other than that there is nothing to report.

"Just a fantastic experience, no problems whatsoever"

Everything about the place was just fantastic. Our host made sure of all our needs, and even provided a welcome pack on arrival (actually it was more than a welcome pack). She always checked with us to see if all was ok, and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. A minor hiccup that we had was attended to immediately, and without fuss.

Everything was just super, especially the location close to the CTICC
