312 HARBOUR BRIDGE

First of the host was very nice and patient, even tho it was my first booking and I didn’t make payment till the day of arrival. Then the apartment was very clean, I liked the bathroom and chicken, the heating system is one of the best I’ve experienced in Cape Town so far, the view from the balcony over the canal is also great

I didn’t like the colour choice of the couch

Great location with easy access to Waterfront and surrounds. Safe secure parking and building with excellent security. Accommodation is well equipped with everyday essentials.

The location was within walking distance to the lovely harbour. There is a pool and it would be great for summer visitors. Love the Canal Cafe on the ground floor of the apartment block.

We were there for 6 nights. Would be good if there is enough towels for a change in the wardrobe. I am sure of I ask, host Would Hav gladly bring them over for us.

Absolutely perfect place to be on holiday. Amazing host from day 1 till the day will left will definitely be using this amazing property again.

Location close enough to the water front but the path along the water closes at 9pm. The flat is very good with washer/dryer, shower and bath tub. Lift working well

The path along the water closes at 9pm so if returning by foot the trip gets very long and crosses dodgy paths. The porter didn't want to receive my suitcase which was delivered at the property after the airline lost it.

Very clean, well equipped, beautiful views of the canal, nice extras (coffee, a bottle of champagne :)) . Walking distance from CTICC. Elmarie was very friendly and helpful!
