"the apartment was comfortable and clean and great location"

the host was great she helped me get through the various road blocks due to the netball WC and personally met me to hand over the key and also gave me a complimentary sparking juice.

Excellent location with easy access by car to practically anywhere in Cape Town due to its proximity to highways and main roads. Spotless with excellent sound proofing. Nice view of the canal. Well equipped apartment. Easy and convenient check in. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Difficult to fault the place. No coffee machine

I highly recommended 312 Harbour apartment. The apartment is perfectly situated directly over the water canal, we could see the water taxis and kayaks going pass. The pool deck has 360 degrees breath taking views. The apartment was fully equipped with every thing from a pin to an anchor. The apartment leads to walkways and short cuts to all activities in the V & A waterfront. Good value for money. Excellent for a novice traveling to Cape Town. Thank you Almarie.

The light switches were confusing at first. I recommend labels be stuck on the light switches
