The kitchen had everything you need. Utensils pots pans everything.

Firstly there were stacks of rubbish bags outside. The stairs and entrance to the flat are not the best at all. When I entered an overwhelming smell of damp mixed with a smell of curry hit me. The bed is in the attic very awkward to get into without hitting your head off the pillars. Not for anyone tall. The towels were covered in someone else's hair. Someone's eyelash was left on the bathroom floor. Empty bottles behind the fridge.The cleanliness was not good at all. Over the bed there is an attic window it doesn't close properly and lets in alot of cold. If you want a good lie in, no chance as the sunlight is directly over your bed. No blind or anything to help block it out. The shower is not the best either the water didnt come out properly needs a new head. The boiler pressure had gone when I got there so I had to fix the boiler. Working the temperature for the shower was an absolute nightmare. Personally wouldn't recommend this place at all iv stayed in far better places in Swansea. If I could of had a refund and moved i would have. Hosts did remove the rubbish and sent maintenance for the boiler. But I booked 5 nights i asked if I could move to a different property they ignored this. The damp and mould has now messed with my chest and breathing. Not happy with having to wait 7 days for my deposit to go back in. They accept it through bank transfer. So they should send it instantly back through bank transfer.

Didn’t like being phoned up 7 days before arrival and having to send bank details and give £150 Security deposit up front. And photo ID. Felt so much like I was being scammed. Booking.com website declares they won’t phone or message on WhatsApp.

The shower was lovely and hot and the bedroom was lovely

The sofa was at a bit of a funny angle.

No coat hangers for clothes but not a problem
