A spacious, well-equipped and very nicely furnished accommodation. Comfortable, quiet and great facilities. Perfect for a family with teens. The pool table was an added bonus! The owner communicated well and added some lovely touches to the property. The kitchen was fab and the bedrooms were all very clean and comfy. Good parking provision and the added bonus of an EV charger 👍 Would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and very modern! Reclining USB charging sofa!! Hot tub was amazing and already set temp and warm. Hosts were responsive over message or phone if needed. Beds were insanely comfortable. Lovely house, space and movie room. Easy bus, car journey, or cheap taxi to the city centre.

Lack of sufficient cutlery and crockery. Would have to run the dishwasher after every meal. No veg peeler and no serving spoons. No shampoo or conditioner in main bathroom and very watered down hand wash in ensuite. Nothing disastrous but good to feedback!

Very spacious and comfortable and close enough to walk to the beach. Beautifully furnished with plenty of social spaces with a cinema room, jacuzzi, gas BBQ and pool table. It was just perfect for a big group and never felt crowded as there was always somewhere to go if you needed some space/quiet time. The host is extremely responsive and very quick in sorting out any issues.

The location is a bit of a walk to the beach and the surrounding area is a little disappointing but once you are in the accommodation you are bathed with absolute bliss. If you do have three cars, it is a bit of a squeeze but manageable.

This is a lovely property. A true home away from home that maintains hotel standards in its bedding quality and neutral furnishings. It is well located for Boscombe pier and beach and has Aldi nearby for self catering supplies. The pool table, BBQ and hot tub make for an enjoyable time especially if the weather isn't the best. We really enjoyed our stay and our teenagers were kept busy with the pool table which is next to the lounge area so doesn't feel isolated from those not playing. Being pet friendly was the decider for us choosing this property and our eldery boy had the best time.

Lovely and spacious, the layout and facillities are perfect for a group of friends to have a chilled weekend away

The heating was broken and no kindling or logs were left. HOWEVER, these were both sorted extremely quickly with no problems at all. Can't fault the service and these things happen!
