wrong code given to enter car park, no parking permit as stated, £60 fine issued which the hosts still have not paid. Apartment very uncomfortable, mold in both bathrooms, internet very poor

Wasn’t as clean as expected. Also glass bottle of shower gel. Could be dangerous if dropped. More than 1 car is awkward as no local safe parking. Parked in NCP £15 per 24hrs

Nice place, good location.

Some cleaning is missing. The bathroom was not clean and was a bit dusty.

I liked the parking facilities and the fact that it was close to the Cardiff bay shopping area

Location Few basics like teabags, shower gel supplied.

Smell of stale smoke. Uncomfortable beds. TV/remote control didn't work. Parking permit missing, although the management company were easy to contact and resolved this satisfactorily.

Location, spacious, had equipment such as iron etc, quiet, and a reasonable price.

The double bed was very uncomfortable, the springs were pushing through and could be felt. There were large cobwebs around the property. The windows were very dirty, and difficult to close. Coffee machine not working properly. Parking permit was not in apartment as should have been, we did email on arrival about this.

Flat was super warm, clean and cosy. Perfect for a weekend getaway, great location and view of the balcony.

- Not very efficient communication: we informed your staff about parking card not being in the apartment and for the next two days were called by staff asking where it is - looks like no communication in the office. - Flat was missing some basic things like salt, which would have made using the kitchen much more convenient.
