Overstone Bay 2 Bedroom Apartment

Excellent location. Spectacular view! Great communication with the hosts. Plenty of space for 4 people, especially with 2 bathrooms.

The beds are not comfortable! New pillows and mattresses would go a long way. Would also be great to have some kitchen staples, like oil/butter, salt/pepper, etc.

Great location & view. WiFi & selection of TV channels good. Handy that there's a washing machine. Communication with the host company excellent.

Beds are terrible. Mattresses basically just springs, so impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Apartment smelled of cigarette smoke (perhaps not the host's fault, but there are no 'no smoking' signs). We couldn't get into the car park because the email with check-in details contained the wrong code. The parking permit was also not in the apartment when we arrived. Both issues were quickly resolved, but still annoying to have to deal with. Cleaning was pretty superficial: shelves of cupboards and inside of drawers were sticky/covered in dust, fluff etc. Kitchen minimally equipped: there was a pizza roller but no scissors or tea towel! No instructions about how to operate anything (e.g., central heating). The chest of drawers in twin room falls on you if you try to use it. Some of the windows don't close properly. Would we stay here again? No.

Great specious aprtment with 2 seperate bathrooms, no additional costs for pets.

Parking access, space for only 1 car and the nearest available car park is 20min away

There was no permit left in the property. We only booked the property because of the parking options provided. The property were slow to get in touch and respond about the permits and non arrived during our stay forcing us to move the car and to avoid fines! We only paid the price we did for this property because of the parking so This was really frustrating and disappointing.

Everything to be honest, will be making a complaint as we didn't stay the second night and didn't here back from the landlords rep

Wow, right from the start the communication was fantastic. Any questions I asked were answered promptly. The apartment was exceptional. The views from the balcony were stunning, Only 1 issue I was slightly disappointed by was there were no pods for the coffee machine, I'm a coffee addict, so this probably won't bother many, but left me disappointed a little.. other than that it was 10/10.. All codes I was given for door entry were correct.. parking was brilliant 👏 well done, keep doing what u are doing the apartment is a PERFECT! we will definitely be back!!
