Very nasty. Nothing was cleaned.

Nothing worse booking ever!

Window on balcony was terribly cracked. Showers were filthy. Sheets weren’t clean. Host and concierge was extremely rude and disrespectful. The owner of property threatened me and ultimately scammed me for my trip

Everything was easy and straightforward . The check-in process was simple and efficient. The unit itself was just as described and pictured, possibly better as it was bigger than I expected. The place is well furnished and very clean. If you’re looking for a well located and well appointed place to stay in Hollywood, this is it.

One thing we would have liked to have had was dimmers on the some of the lighting. Some of the overhead lighting was a bit bright, but it was easily addressed but not turning on all of the lights, just alternating the overheads and the lamps.

Very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment with a large terrace. I especially loved the abundance of mirrors throughout the apartment — it added a bright and stylish touch. The beds were very soft, which I personally liked, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The location was good, and although we couldn’t use the parking garage due to a misunderstanding, there was convenient street parking available right in front of the building. The gym was a nice bonus.

There was a noticeable smell in the apartment that we didn’t like — we couldn’t quite tell if it came from the wooden decor or perhaps a scent dispenser. We also felt the cleanliness could have been better. It didn’t seem like the place had been vacuumed, there was a used toothpaste tube left in the shower, some dirty sheets were still lying next to the bed in one room, and we found stains on the bedding. The terrace also appeared not to have been cleaned. We found it a bit odd that there was a fixed bed in the living room — a sofa bed would have been a more practical choice, allowing for extra seating during the day. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t soundproof at all, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors at night. Lastly, the pool was a bit disappointing.
