MIAMI WOOD APART HOTEL NEW 2025 - PRIVATE TERRACE - Parking - Beach 5 min

The apartment is beautifully done but it requires a deep clean before it gets let out and a standard clean whenever new guest checks in. The cleaning wasn’t done upon our check in and it was clearly visible that only sheets were cleaned and the rest was left more or less as it was.

The cleaning done was outrageous - dust everywhere,windows and mirrors were dirty, shower door had probably years of limescale, hair and pubic hair in the bathroom, dirty fridge, breadcrumbs in the kitchen, toaster had a limescale or badly cleaned chemical left on it so it’s not something you can use to toast your bread, and a cherry on top there was a carbonara left in the pan in the oven that stunk. It was 5 of us and neither of us had ever experienced something like that. The host apologised and mentioned that he gave a low price due to a low season and getting a cleaning person was too expensive (apparently it costs 150 dollars). Somehow an absurd excuse - if you want to rent your place out for tourists you ensure that the place is cleaned to accommodate your guests. Changing sheets isn’t cleaning and guests shouldn’t be treated as friends and family and let to stay in a trash environment. At no point the host took any responsibility and started to insult us, called us scammers and made false accusations about us making an authorised party just to get shut us up so we don’t leave a bad review. Do not trust this host - if you look at the previous reviews they are mostly from Ukrainians, Eastern Europe which makes me think that all of them are fake and left by the hosts friends. Whilst the place can be improved, I doubt that the hosts attitude can be improved so the place shouldn’t really be advertised on booking.com site. Also, the place isn’t owned by the host- he is renting it out from someone else and then trying to make a quick money. Not sure if he has a permission to sub-lease so there is that too.

Really spacious & beautifully decorated. All the amenities you would need for a perfect stay. Great location & great communication throughout the whole booking process.

The apartment is nice and comfortable. The location is excellent. Near beach and restaurants. Host is amazing and thoughtful. Host has all the essentials available. My family felt right at home. Loved it!

Alex's place was just right for our family. It was very new and clean. The location was great and was close to the beach and freeway access. He was very quick to respond and was always friendly. I can see why he has a high rating.

The host are super sweet very clean would defiantly book again. He is very helpful and understanding if you want to do a surprise for someone. Loved everything

This was a great spot. Three beds and nice new features. Great balcony with a pleasing view. Two bathrooms, which is a must for bigger groups. Our four year old loved this space and called it "Miami home". It truly was homey.

New apartment. Very clean and comfortable, big terrace and free parking spot in the garage. Apartment has everything you need. Easy in and out. Definitely will come back again!
