Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and very welcoming. Easy to check in and great communication. Having 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus.

Was really spacious and happy to have two bathrooms also! Handy location and felt safe.

Would have been great to have some bathroom amenities there (shampoo and conditioner)

Everything was really good. The apartment was really clean with everything we needed for our stay.

Hand towels could have been provided.

Nothing to do with the property but when we checked out some cars had been damaged outside, smashed windows and dented bodywork. Thankfully ours was ok but it was not a pleasure experiencing

Dirty towels in the cupboard. Unclear directions to the property. Don’t return your deposit and claim the towels are dirty and so are the bedsheets. DO NOT BOOK

The location was perfect with good parking nearby. We found a good off-road NCP with 7 spaces for £8.95 for 24 hours. The layout of the property was ideal for 4 adults. The apartment was well equipped and clean.

The check-in procedure was problematic. The code supplied 2 days earlier didn’t work and no phone calls or emails were answered. It was only by using the Booking.com message service that I got a response and I was asked to use a previous day’s code. That didn’t work either but the third code did. This meant our check-in was delayed by 1.5 hours and affected plans. As mentioned on other comments, some of the blinds are missing with lack of privacy when using the sofa bed in the lounge. The overall cleanliness was great but we noticed a bag of used bed linen on top of a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms.

The property is in a convenient location for the city centre. It could be a lovely property if it was well maintained and cleaned thoroughly.

It was very badly damaged in multiple places including punch holes in the door, very damaged flooring, marks and knocks and scrapes in the walls a smashed lamp and a broken blind in the living room, therefore no privacy if using the sofa bed. The bathroom is very mouldy around the shower and bath in both bathrooms. The ceiling fans are thick with dust. The bathroom mat was very dirty and the floor and kitchen units are filthy.

Plenty of room, place was clean and the location to the Utilita Arena was great!

Quite a noisy location, neighbours shouting in the street and loud cars in the early hours were not good.
