Good location

We arrived 20 mins early, but when we did the apartment was still absolutely filthy. I contacted the owners as I couldn’t see how the apartment could possibly be cleaned to a high enough standard for new guests in only 20 mins, considering how dirty it was. The ‘cleaning team’ turned up and cleaned while we aired in the living room. The sheets didn’t seem to be changed, just the beds remade if I have to guess, the bathrooms still had hair in them even after they were cleaned, and I don’t see how they could have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected that fast. The floor was vaguely hoovered but not mopped and our socks were so dirty from the floor as we were getting ready for an important event. The towels were also stained. If it wasn’t for having to attend an important event we wouldn’t have stayed there. Not worth the money it costs in my opinion.

Good size

It was dirty and tired. Blinds broken and no way to make rooms dark. Broken and dirty fan. Dirty and poorly equipped kitchen. Noisy and no local shops. Wardrobes full of linen and the cupboard with the washing machine appeared full to bursting with dirty towels and sheets.

A good place for holiday not far from the centre of Birmingham
