La casa non era pronta al nostro arrivo, mancava un letto e abbiamo dovuto dormire in due su un singolo, mancavano gli asciugamani e ce ne erano di usati per terra, mancavano i prodotti per il bagno, la casa non era stata pulita prima del nostro arrivo. Dopo la segnalazione alla struttura hanno portato un sacco con dentro decine di asciugamani puliti che erano comunque sporchi, hanno appoggiato il sacco su una sedia e se ne sono andati. Nonostante questo, mi sono stati addebitati 80 Pounds extra per avere utilizzato due asciugamani in più (in totale 8) rispetto al numero delle persone (6) e per essere usciti da casa un'ora dopo il chek out previsto, senza che nessuno bussasse o suonasse alla porta per avvisarci. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della casa alcune ore dopo il check-in, ma per un ora di ritardo nell'uscita, senza avvisi, ci vengono addebitati degli extra. Ingiusto e truffaldino, come anche le decine di asciugamani appoggiati in mezzo alla stanza che poi ti fanno pagare, "perchè questi sono i termini di utliizzo". Ho provato a ragionare con la struttura facendogli notare le loro lacune, ma non mi hanno più risposto. Truffa, da evitare, in città si trova di molto meglio allo stesso prezzo. Per fortuna booking.com, consapevole della negligenza della struttura, mi ha elargito un rimborso. Spero non li facciano più lavorare con loro.

It has a lot of potential, its would be a very nice apartment. Very disappointing

There were several things wrong with the apartment. It definitely needs a touch up. I sent the property a message with the list of things I found that were not working or were not up to standards and nothing was done about it. Not even an apology. The stay was not comfortable. A white hair on the chair. Oven didnt work. Light bulbs not working in bathrooms and kitchen. Shower handle broken. Black marks on the towel already. TV remote didn't work walks chipped and marks all over. Carpet with a stain on it. Blinds broken. Booking.com doesn't allow more than four photos. I have them all.

This property is the perfect blend of modern and homely. It’s a brilliant size and both bedrooms have an ensuite. The location is excellent too with easy access to the canal.

Everything was perfect!

Great having two bathrooms. Location and price were good. Bed surprisingly comfortable.

Lights in one bathroom didn’t work properly so it was too dark to use, and it smelt bad. Mop left in the other bathroom. No toilet paper in either!! Wardrobes crammed with bedding and towels so there was nowhere to hang clothes. Broken blinds and pedestal fan.

I got the property keys form the lock box easily.

Was not able to access the main door of the building itself which is block of flats. Had to call on number provided a few times and wasted a lot of time. No toilet papers and in the end had to buy my own. It say airconditioned in the description when there in air conditioning. Even one of the fans didn't work.
