"Excellent location but very tired."

It was very good value when 4 of us stayed there, a good location for the centre of town, good communication from the owner and excellent instructions for access.

The TV remote didn't work which was a huge problem, the walls were dirty (it looked like someone thrown food at the wall), the lights in one of the bathrooms didn't work, there were only 2 glasses in the whole place, all the extra towels and sheets were stacked in the room, the mop and bucket were left in the bathroom, the beds were very soft and uncomfortable, the blinds didn't work and there was hand soap bottles but they we're empty. Generally the place is very tired to be offered as a holiday rental.

location was good

could not use the shower as it was broken no where to hang the shower head, all drains were blocked, half the blinds were missing in the lounge, tv did not work and the place was filthy, had no communication from the host until 16-00, spent a hour trying to find were the key safe was, it was on a metal fence about 100 mts away! no signage with apartment name anywhere, awful.

Bit run down, shower was broken and black mould, flooring in entryway damaged. No glasses!

"Fell short of expectations"

Good location

The property fell short of expectations. It wasn’t particularly clean, and there was very limited hot water. The TV remote didn’t work, and there were various cleaning utensils stored in the room, including a mop and bucket left in the bathroom. Both shower heads in the ensuite and the main bathroom were broken, and several lights throughout the property were either flickering or not working at all. Overall, the place felt quite grubby and in need of a proper maintenance overhaul.
